Comedy Nights With Kapil Bids Goodbye to Colors’ On 24 January

Comedy Nights with Kapil began with a series of 26 episodes, but after three long years they are coming to an end accomplishing almost 200 episodes. Kapil Sharma didn’t expect himself his show would get so much popularity and love among audiences worldwide. Hosted by Kapil Sharma, Comedy Nights with Kapil would have ended on January 17, but Colors channel didn’t air this show on that day. Well his fans and audiences can breathe an air of excitement as the last episode of Comedy Nights with Kapil will be showcased on Sunday, January 24.

Colors dropped CNWK’s last episode on 17 January

Because of internal issues between Colors and Kapil Sharma, Comedy Nights with Kapil is ending. Kapil had already wrapped up all ties with Colors in December, but as there was no replacement, the makers requested to continue his show till 17^th January. Unfortunately Colors channel dropped CNWK’s last episode, sans any earlier notice and informing the producers of CNWK, and telecast an episode of newly released Comedy Nights Bachao with star cast of Mastizaade team including Sunny Leone, Vir Das, and Suresh Menon last Sunday from 10 to 11.30 pm. Audiences were keenly waiting for CNWK as it was heard that its last episode was to be displayed, but sadly Colors telecast a previous episode of CNWK’s ‘Bhajji weds Geeta’ soon after CNB ended. Viewers were very disappointed by such move of Colors, and took to Twitter blaming Colors channel for their unkindness towards CNWK.

Afterwards host and star comedian Kapil requested Colors channel via Twitter for airing their last episode with Airlift’s Akshay Kumar-Nimrit Kaur, and CNWK’s entire cast Kapil Sharma, Sumona Chakravarti, Ali Asgar, Upasana Singh, Kiku Sharda, and Sunil Grover.

Kapil Sharma has been annoyed with recognition of CNB. He felt all the big stars are first attending that show, and his show has been sidelined, also because of unnecessary promotions of CNB. After the outstanding 3 years of running his show, he made up his mind to conclude the show. It is speculated that his show might shift to Star Plus. It was rumored that Colors channel tried their best to convince Kapil to continue his show, but he was in no mood to hear anything. For this reason the channel may not have telecast the last episode of CNK last Sunday.

Last episode of CNK with Airlift promotion on 24 January

The last episode of CMK will see Akshay Kumar along with Nimrit Kaur promoting their movie Airlift that got released on 24 January 2016. Audiences sitting on the sets of CNK have surely enjoyed the humoristic chemistry between Kapil and Akshay. When it will be telecast on 24 January, audiences and fans will love to watch the last episode and Kapil and his team’s comedy for the one-last time.

Comedy Nights With Kapil to Replace with Comedy Nights Live

In place of Comedy Nights with Kapil, Colors channel will air a new show named ‘Comedy Nights Live’ from 31 January, every Sunday, 10 pm.

The new host of this show will be actor-comedian Krushna Abhishek on the same set. Promos show Krushna introducing his new house to the viewers, letting them know about the strange things regarding the house. Krushna will be seen as Pappu Singh getting into Kapil’s house along with his own family, including father Sudesh Lahiri, Bharti Singh, and many others.

As Kapil Sharma with his team bids their final adieu to their audiences, well-wishers, and fans across the world, he has also promised them that they’ll return back with something new and exciting very soon, may be after 3 months or so.
