The month of February is the only month in the year to have 28 days and 29 days in every leap year. It is the second month of the year and has various festivals and public events. Taj Mahotsav- 18 February to 27 February

An annual 10-day festival known as Taj Mahotsav (Taj Festival) takes place in Shilpgram in Agra, India (18–27 February). The Nawabi aesthetic, which was popular in Uttar Pradesh in the 18th and 19th centuries, and the old Mughal era are brought back to mind by this celebration. A total of 400 artists from various regions of India are given a chance to exhibit their creations. Numerous Bollywood media and film production companies also partake in the Mahotsav and handle artists.

World Day of Social Justice: 20 February

In 1999, UNESCO designated February 21 as International Mother Language Day. Since February 21st, 2000, people all around the world have celebrated it. The declaration was made in honour of the Bangladeshi Language Movement.

The goal of Rare Disease Day, which is observed on the final day of February, is to increase public awareness of rare diseases and to help those who have them and their families gain better access to medical care and representation. This day aims to increase public awareness of the more than 7,000 rare diseases that affect more than 300 million people worldwide.
