Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 9 has finally found its three finalists. Season 9 which started off from 30th July 2016 with 12 couples (contestants with choreographers) adding with 5 children as wild-card entries in 8th October and entry of 6th wild card entry Bravo on 24th December, is now approaching to its grand finale episode on 21st January, 2017. The grand finale night of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa will be telecast on Saturday, from 10 pm onwards. The winner of Jhalak will win 30 lakh rupees, and Jhalak trophy.

The three finalists making to the finale are Salman Yusuff Khan, Teriya Magar, and Shantanu Maheshwari who will be hitting the stage for the final ‘epic dance battle’. They will be performing for the one last time on Saturday, and all the three contestants will showcase magnificent performances on Jhalak stage.

    Teriya Magar has been fighting hard from the day she returned again as a wild-card entry to prove herself as a worthy contender. On the finale, the brilliant performance of Teriya will bring lots of praises from Hrithik Roshan.

Shantanu Maheshwari struggled through-out the season to excel and impress Jacqueline, He even worked tremendously to break away from his hip-hop persona and give his best in other dance fortes too. On 21st night, his power-packed dancing will woo the four judges, Hrithik, and audiences too.

Salman Yusuff Khan, in his earlier seasons as a choreographer and in this season as a contestant has always performed outstandingly, impressing the judges and his fans fully. He has set his own new benchmark in the dance, coming up with new styles every time. Salman will show a striking performance on the finale night too.

Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9 Semi-Final Results

The semi-final episode took place on Saturday, 14th January 2017. Among the four contestants, Teriya, Yusuf, Siddarth, and Shantanu, Siddharth Nigam and Vaishnavi Patil who were the wild card entries, got eliminated on 14th as they got the least votes, though performed greatly on that day. Thus in the round 21, Teriya, Shantanu and Salman danced marvelously to secure their places in the grand finale. Bravo with choreographer Bhavna too got evicted, making an emergency exit because of her mom’s ill-health. But before leaving, Bravo danced remarkably on “DJ Bravo” song, and made everyone danced too on his toes!

Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa will witness lots of entertainment and dance performances for the last time. Besides the three finalists, the four judges- Karan Johar, Farah Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Ganesh Hedge will also be shaking their legs on the stage. Host Manish Paul will introduce two new guests on the grand finale night- Bollywood actors Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor. Hrithik is not only the best dancer, but his expressions are great. Seeing Hrithik dance, Jacqueline couldn’t control herself from joining him. Salman Khan, the popular ost of Bigg Boss 10 too will shake legs on the final competition day. Salman’s dance moves just mesmerizes the audience completely to rejoice with him.

Predictions

Well, Jhalak might invite their eliminated contestants of season 9 appearing on grand finale night, including Siddharth Nigam, Spandan Chaturvedi, Gracy Goswami, Swasti Nitya, Preetjot Singh, Nora Fatehi, Shakti Arora, Karishma Tanna, Surveen Chawla, Arjun Bijlani, Sidhant Gupta, Helly Shah, Gaurav Gera, and others. The season 8 of Jhalak was won by Faisal Khan. It is predicted that Teriya might win this season, but Yusuff Khan too has a higher chance of winning as he has been consistently showcasing wonderful performances throughout this season.

Teriya Magar declared the Winner of JDJ 9 by Salman Khan

On the final night of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9, Teriya, Shantanu and Salman Yusuff along with their individual choreographers danced like crazy, putting their marvelous dance foot ahead. Teriya scored 38 marks, Shantanu got 38 marks, and Salman Yusuff scored full 40 marks from the 4 judges. After adding audiences’ marks with judges, the results were declared, but Bigg Boss decided to announce the results on his set. So the four judges and the three finalists moved to BB 9 stage.

Salman Khan had the result card of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9 in his hands. He announced the final results, and Teriya Magar was declared the winner as she got the highest number of votes from the audience. She was presented the Jhalak trophy by Salman Khan.
