Vivo Indian Premier League 2021 that started on April 9 stopped abruptly after a month because of Covid. But Season 14 began its second innings from Sunday, 19th September till Friday, 15 October in UAE. MS Dhoni and his team won the IPL trophy for the fourth time, having previously won the tournament in 2011, 2011, and 2018, after a dominant victory over Kolkata Knight Riders by 27 runs in the IPL 2021 T20 final at Dubai International Stadium.
The MS Dhoni-led side received Rs 20 crore prize money and trophy. All the players, support staff of the team received mementos. CSK on winning the IPL 14, became the first-ever T20 franchise to win a trophy in 3 different decades.

The spectators in UAE got the chance to watch in the respective stadiums. VIVO Indian Premier League campaign was called ‘INDIA KA APNA MANTRA.’ The first match was between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore on September 19. The finale match was on October 15.
