West Indies tour of India starts off its innings from February 6 at Ahmedabad and Kolkata stadiums. Because of the pandemic wave, the complete tour that was fixed to be played in 6 various venues has been revised by BCCI to be played in two venues. Also, the West Indies and Indian cricketers have to stay in a bubble zone where their safety is highly important. India vs West Indies 2022 begins its journey from February 6.

The West Indies tour in India will start off with three ODI series. Firstly the ODI matches will kick-off from February 6, followed by T20Is starting from February 16, 2022. All the ODI matches are going to be played at Narendra Modi Stadium behind closed doors in Ahmedabad from 1 PM onwards. The three T20I matches’ venue is Eden Gardens at Kolkata from 7 PM IST onwards where the spectators will be limited. West Indies players have already arrived in Ahmedabad and practice sessions began for the ODI matches. Again from 12th till 15th February, both teams will have their practice sessions for T20I matches.
