Well Star Plus is arriving with the popular cooking reality show “MasterChef India” Season 5 on Saturday and Sunday from 8 pm. For all the cooking lovers and those have keen interest in cooking, and want to sharpen their skills, MasterChef India will help them in learning about new dishes through their show. The participants can reinvent cuisines in 10 different styles.

MasterChef India: Season 5 ‘Delicious Tadka’
MasterChef India is an Indian dynamic cooking show, crafted by Colosceum Media Pvt. Ltd., and formulated and exhibited on Star Plus. Audition rounds took place in many distinct cities across India and abroad where three judges of Season 5 tasted one dish presented by every participant. Thus all the contestants who appeared for auditions from different cities prepared their best dish for the judges to get selected and attain one of 50 semi-final places! They will also travel to different parts of the world to carry out different challenges.

In season 5 starting from 1st October, the 50 selected participants (youngsters and adults) will showcase non-vegetarian dishes in their innovative styles. All the contestants may prepare only non-vegetarian ‘Indian, Continental, and Italian’ dishes, or may make vegetarian or non-vegetarian dishes. They will also make delicious innovative cakes, pasteries and cup-cakes. The top 50 participants will be competing to enter the top 12. These 12 semi-finalists will then compete in various challenges given by three judges that check their food knowledge and even their excellent cooking preparation skills in only an hour’s time.

With the progression, the top 3 will be finally selected who will compete among each other with the amazing food presentation for the top spot. Audience voting will start when the top 12 has been chosen by the judges.

The winner of Season 5 will compete for MasterChef India trophy which also incorporates their own cookery show, a brilliant opportunity to have their individual cookbook published for everyone, and approximately 1,000,000 cash prize.
