As the year is coming to a sweet end within few days, people can sigh a relief from the demonetization impact, and engage themselves in spending time with family and friends by watching two of the most-awaited Bollywood movies, named Befikre and Dangal. Viewers and fans can head towards theatres by booking their tickets online, if not outside theatre. Befikre starring Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor got released on 9th December. Dangal starring Aamir Khan, Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Sanya Malhotra will release on 23rd December. The weekends from today till the end of this month will be packed in theatres for Befikre and Dangal.

After a gap of eight years, Aditya Chopra returns to his director chair with his Befikre. This is Aditya’s fourth directorial film, and first one he directed sans Shah Rukh Khan. Mr Chopra referred that Ranveer Singh was the natural choice for Befikre as a hero when he writing its story as he knew Ranveer can match up the standards for his new movie. Aditya Chopra’s first choice in most of his movies was Shah Rukh Khan with whom he has always given super-hit films, and this time Ranveer Singh becomes the perfect choice for Dharam character in Befikre, and Vaani in Shyra character. Befikre is a young love story blooming between Dharam and Shyra who meet in Paris and romance with each other in Befikre style. Though this movie is not about Dharam-Shyra running around a tree, but engaging in as many as 23 kisses or so! It’s quite surprising that Censor Board has passed such hot kissing scenes in Befikre. This romantic drama movie adds perfect tagline, ‘Those Who Date To Love.’

Storyline of Befikre
Befikre is a romantic love story of Dharam [Ranveer Singh] and Shyra Gill [Vaani Kapoor] who are the spicy pair of this year. Dharam is a Delhi guy who visits Paris for work purpose, and wants to explore adventure in life. He meets a French born, Indian girl Shyra Gill, a wild, free-spirited girl full of life. Shyra had a break-up with a guy, but soon after wants to enjoy her single status to the fullest. When she meets Dharam, she spends some gala time with him, in pubs, restaurants, outings, but both of them promise each other not to fall in love, at any cost, and not commit each other for the sake of love. Befikre finishes by encouraging the viewers to ‘live free, love free, kiss free’, where it gives the impression to recommend that marriage is similar to jumping from a high cliff straight into the sea.

Director Aditya Chopra stated, “I wouldn’t have created Befikre if Ranveer Singh didn’t exist.” He further said, “ I’ve directed only one leading man, Shah Rukh Khan throughout my life. So will this change in my new movie expose me in any way? But yes, I was completely sure of casting actor Ranveer Singh and no one can outdo him in Befikre.”

In this film, he has some playful time with Shyra without any commitment. Only Ranveer Singh had the ability to pull off Dharam’s character superbly. On the other hand, Shyra aka Vaani Kapoor is a sorted girl who is focused in her ambition, and knows how to move on and enjoy life after breakup with someone. Shyra spends some crazy moments with Dharam in the beautiful land of Paris, sans any emotion towards him as they both feel that showing emotions towards each other will make them fall in love. Whether Dharam and Shyra intend to stay as a couple for the rest of their life or just hang out as friends, one has to watch Befikre to know its climax and end!

After last directorial of Mr Chopra, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma 8 years back, he is back with Befikre’s new pair Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor where they both deliver their roles greatly. Storyline of Dangal
Based on true story, Dangal revolves around wrestling. Since last two years, Aamir Khan was preparing for his character Mahavir Singh Phogat, well-built wrestler. Aamir underwent rigorous hard-core training to increase his weight to 98 kg (30 kg extra) for the role of a 60-year old wrestler-father Mahavir Phogat, and again reduced his weight to play the 20-year old version of Phogat to play the younger Mahavir in Dangal. He added extra packs of abdomen muscles and built up heavy biceps by experiencing excessive training by fitness experts from Hollywood. Mahavir was a strict father for his two daughters, Geeta and Babita. Aamit kHan also learnt Haryanvi language along with dialect training for his movie. His wife shown in this movie is Daya Shobha Kaur, played by popular TV actress Sakshi Tanwar. She always encouraged and supported her daughters. Mahavir’s daughters were played Fatima Sana Shaikh acted by Geeta Phogat, and Babita Kumari acted by Sanya Malhotra.
