Colors television has returned with the second season of popular dance reality show, Dance Deewane, but with a twist of surprise for its audience. Dance Deewane Juniors makes its independent debut entry solely for the children ranging from age group of 4 years till 14 years old. Dance Deewane Juniors has premiered from April 23, which will showcase every Saturday-Sunday, from 9 PM onwards.

Children from 4 to 14 years had showed interest in participating in this dance show for auditions to exhibit their dancing talent in solo, duet, triad, or group performances. TV actor Karan Kundra hosts the show adding some fun elements with the kids. Beside the three judges, the Dance Deewane Juniors will also have ace dancers – Tushar Shetty, Pratik Utekar and Sonali Kar who are the mentors training and nurturing the dance art of the contestants.

The contestants’ passion and spirit for dance are just unmatchable in Dance Deewane Junior, be it the vibrant dancing duo of Urva and Aska, the unbelievable dance group ‘ABCD Little Angels’ – Rithyha, Navya, Janvi, Shanaya and Myra, or solo performers Aditya Vinod Patil, Geet Kaur Bagga, and Anshika Dhara.

Dance Deewane Junior Format

  • First the audition rounds were conducted where several talented children from 4 to 14 years from across India came to show their dancing talent to get into the next round.
  • Once they are selected by the judges, they are given a trophy to move to next level.
  • Then the top 15 would be chosen by the judges where they would show their best dance performance to receive recognition as the best dance of the week.
  • In this phase, audience votes will start off where they would vote for their favorite contestant to move ahead. Eliminated one every week will have to go home.
  • In the last stage, top 5 or 6 will be decided, and based on their performances along with audience votes, the top three will be selected.
  • Country will then get its No. 1 champion who will be gifted with Dance Deewane Junior trophy.
